Research In Motion, the maker of BlackBerry filed a lawsuit against Samsung in Los Angeles Federal Court, accusing Samsung of infringing RIM's trademark by naming its recent product BlackJack. According to RIM, the lawsuit is aimed at banning Samsung from using the name BlackJack.
